How long do orders take to deliver?
Popular standard sizes in bronze take up to 14 days.
Non-standard and stainless steel take up to 35 days.

Remember that many props are made to order.

How do customers make enquiries about their order?
Phone, email or fax are preferred for the fastest response, however, by all means write a letter if you like!

On what basis do you return goods?
Faulty goods will be refunded or replaced.  However if no replacement is required a restocking charge of 20% will apply.  If you order the wrong product we will exchange it but you will pay for the carriage and if the replacement is more expensive then we will charge the difference. Where products are not faulty or not replaced a 20% restocking charge will apply.

How are payments refunded to customers for returned goods?
By credit to your card account or through Paypal.

What warranties or guarantees are provided with goods sold?
We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defect. This is invalidated if the product is modified by the customer.
